Meet Grizz Like his name suggests, Grizz is a little independent guy who tends to march to the beat of his own drum. He enjoys doing his own thing but is slowly warming up and showing more of his sweet side every day. He's also a bit of a gentle protector. When his sister, Aurora, gets a little too wild with Nugget, Grizz steps in like a tiny bodyguard. Then he'll turn around and play softly with Aurora, proving he's really just a thoughtful big brother at heart. Grizz is working on potty-training. He has been around children and dogs and does great, but hasn't met kitties yet. He is still so young that, with proper socialization and training, he would likely grow to do just fine with them, though! The pups of this litter were born on January 25th (won't be split/going to new homes until they are eight weeks old) and seem to be true Heinz 57 mixed breeds. Maybe some Pit, Lab, and/or Boxer? If you're looking for a sweet, observant pup with a calm personality and a protective streak, Grizz might be your guy. FOSTER-TO-ADOPT: KPAL Rescue dogs are vetted (spayed/neutered, age-appropriately vaccinated for Parvo/Distemper, Rabies if old enough, microchipped, etc.).
