About Badam

Click apply to start the adoption process. Badam has traveled all the way from Azerbaijan, a place where many street animals face immense hardship, to find his second chance in the United States, where kindness and safety await. His journey is marked by both heartbreak and resilience. As a young kitten seeking just a morsel of food, Badam was violently attacked by a butcher, leaving him with a severe leg injury that was tragically mishandled by a local veterinarian. Due to this improper care, Badam lost his lower leg, but with time and further treatment, he is now a thriving and pain-free tripod kitty. Despite such traumatic beginnings, Badam’s spirit remains undimmed. Even at just 10 months old, he beams with a joyful and loving personality. He adores people, loves to be the center of affection, and forms strong bonds with both dogs and other cats, proving himself remarkably gentle and sweet. Badam is always close by for a cuddle or to soak up attention, and his playful curiosity brings warmth wherever he goes. Now healthy, neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, Badam is waiting for his journey to his forever home. He’s ready to leave shelter life behind and become the beloved companion he was always meant to be. Badam shows that missing a limb only means more room in his heart for love. Your new best friend is just one click away.
