Barda is a playful, loving, high-energy girl with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She’s the perfect mix of fun and cuddly—full of zoomies when it’s playtime, but just as happy to transform into a total couch potato once she’s had her exercise. True to her Velcro dog nature, Barda loves being close to her people and soaking up affection. She has lived with other dogs and does well with them, though she can get a little excited during initial greetings. Barda has done well meeting kids and would be a great family companion. She has also lived with cats and is curious and playful around them—while she’s good with cats, she also ignores them at the same time. Barda walks well on leash, is crate trained and potty trained (no accidents here!), and knows several commands including sit, off, wait, drop it, and "ouch." She’s playful and loves toys, making her a fun and engaging companion. When it comes to car rides, Barda may be nervous at first, but once she settles in, she relaxes and enjoys the ride. With her loving personality, playful energy, and strong desire to be close to her people, Barda is ready to be a loyal, joyful addition to her forever home.
