Every single person who has spent time with Madame has walked away using words like "angel" and "doll", and yet...still she is waiting for her forever home. She is gentle in a way that’s almost old-fashioned. She inspects each treat carefully before she takes it, she leans into strangers for pets, she was calm and sweet with a toddler who visited the shelter. She’ll follow her chosen person from room to room with unquestioning devotion, wanting only to flop down at their feet and sigh like she’s fully aware she’s the luckiest girl in the world. She knows sit and down and stay, she is easy on the leash, she’s friendly with other dogs (but prefers the gentle ones). This genuinely and steadfastly good girl has been waiting long enough; she deserves to finally, completely, come home.
