Maggie Moo is one of four kitten siblings that were rescued from a community cat colony that SPOT has now completely TNR’d. This sweet girl is still learning to trust and embrace human care, and will need a family willing to be patient and work with her on this. She already has made great progress over the past month in her foster home. She accepts pets and pick-up’s when she is feeling safe. We always try to remind adoptees of the 3-3-3 rule when adopting a new animal to their family: it can take 3 days for initial decompression (feeling overwhelmed, hiding), 3 weeks to learn routines and start bonding (personality emerges), and 3 months for feeling truly comfortable and integrated, building trust and security. Due to her young age, Maggie would do best in a home with at least one other young cat or kitten companion. Maggie Moo is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, has tested negative for FIV & FeLV, and has received flea treatment and deworming.
