About Marguerite
Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Marguerite is a sweet, eight-year-old Domestic Short Hair who has truly come out of her shell since leaving the rescue environment for a loving foster home. At the rescue, Marguerite seemed unsure if she deserved affection, but with patient care and a quieter home, she’s become a chatty, affectionate, and social companion. She adores following her foster from room to room, asking for gentle pets with her soft meow, and is known for her enthusiastic purring and kneading—especially when she’s cuddled up on a lap or sharing a bed at night. Although Marguerite isn’t completely comfortable being picked up, she happily jumps up to join her foster with a little encouragement. She thrives on attention and makes her presence known through her sweetness and loving nature. Marguerite needs to be the only pet in her forever home, as she is looking for a quiet environment where she’s the sole center of attention. She is FIV positive, but with proper care, she can enjoy many happy, healthy years ahead. Her foster has seen her blossom, and with another loving home, Marguerite is sure to continue showing just how much love she has to give. All NAWS cats, including Marguerite, are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
