Meet Roscoe - a 3-year-old, beautifully tri-colored sweetheart just under 50 lbs. Roscoe is dog friendly, cat friendly, house trained, and absolutely loves to be loved. His journey hasn't been easy. When he arrived at the shelter, he was terrified. He trembled, nervously peed, and had no idea what was happening to him. We begged for a foster home, and thankfully, an amazing foster stepped up. We suggested using a belly band to help with nervous accidents - but after just two days in a safe, loving environment, Roscoe completely transformed. He no longer needs the belly band, he happily hops onto the bed to sleep, and he gets along wonderfully with all the dogs in the home, big and small. Roscoe is a gentle, affectionate boy who simply craves love and stability from his humans. After everything he's been through, he's ready for a forever family who will show him what it truly means to be safe, valued, and cherished.
