🌼 Meet Daisy & Blackie Hi there… we’re Daisy and Blackie. We’re about 1½ years old, around 45 pounds each, and we’re healthy, spayed/neutered, and all up to date on our shots. But the most important thing about us isn’t our stats… it’s our story. When we were little, life was pretty hard. We lived outside on a small patio through one of the coldest winters. There were a lot of us puppies then, and things were messy and crowded. One day we chewed through the fence and ran. That’s when a kind human found us and gave us a chance. Since then, we’ve been safe, but we’ve never really had a true home of our own. We’ve been staying at a big indoor/outdoor boarding yard where we can run and play. We’re grateful to be safe, but what we really dream about is something simple — a family and a backyard. Here’s what you should know about us: 🐾 Very dog friendly – we love other dogs 🐾 Sweet and gentle – we just need a little time to trust 🐾 Healthy, young, and playful 🐾 Love to splash on the pool steps (we’re still working up the courage to swim!) It usually takes us about a week to 10 days to really settle in and show our true personalities. Once we feel safe, we become incredibly loyal and loving. Blackie is a little more shy and still building confidence, but Daisy helps him feel brave. We might not be the kind of dogs who go everywhere with you right away — we’re still learning about the world. But if you have a home with a nice fenced yard and a little patience, we promise we’ll become the sweetest, cuddliest companions you could imagine. We’ve waited our whole lives for a real home.
