He and his brother Fluffy were dumped in a rural high kill shelter due to no fault of their own. Pinto is HW negative, crate trained, potty trained, and up to date on all his shots. Pinto can be shy at first but warms up quickly with a little time and patience. He gets along with medium and large breed dogs both male and female. Sometimes he is unsure of himself so he just needs some guidance for confidence on introductions. He is very sweet and is goodie motivated. He will bark at strangers that come to the door. He is not anxious in the car or when left at home alone. He is medium energy level and could be an only dog or have a buddy. He would do well with a couple or single person or family with older children that will not climb on him or grab him inappropriately and would want to be included in family activities. He is not off leash trained so he would need a fenced back yard. Sweet boy needs his forever home. On behalf of Karen Perl, the adoption fee is $350. Transport can be arranged after the adoption is finalized. If you prefer to arrange your own transport, the adoption fee will remain the same.
