The application can be found at: www.sosbeagles.org/adoptionform.php Elwood is a handsome boy, mostly white with some red patches. He was found as a stray in a mechanic’s doorway with two other dogs. He’s sweet and likes other dogs, he can get a bit intimidated but he shakes it right off. He takes a minute or two to trust some people if they come at him too fast as a new volunteer did. He wanted to stay in the back of the crate and barked – but he also had a cone on from recent neutering too, so that might have added to his discomfort. He loves to sit in your lap and cuddle and get attention. Good in his crate for up to 9 hours. A fast eater, a slow-feed bowl would be advisable. Elwood is between 3 and 4 years old.
