About Maui

Maui is looking for a patient and loving human to help him learn to trust. Rescued from a feral colony at a young age, he is still finding his place in the world. Maui is food motivated, which aids in his progress; he allows his foster mom to approach with treats, even though he still shies away from petting. He's more comfortable moving around with her nearby, showing signs of improvement. Watching Maui grow from a timid cat into a trusting companion is incredibly rewarding. He has a close bond with his brother Bobby, and they love to play, wrestle, and groom each other. Ideally, they would be adopted together so they can continue to support one another on their journey. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
