Hi, I'm Phoenix. I'm a 4-month-old Russian Blue mix girl with the softest grey fur and quiet, thoughtful eyes. I came from PCAPS, where I was confined as a stray before getting the chance to start fresh here at TAPS! The world is still a little big for me. I'm a little timid and need someone who understands that trust takes time. I might hang back at first, watching and learning. BUT if you sit with me gently and offer slow, patient pets, you'll see me start to lean in. I do enjoy affection--it just has to feel safe. I'm learning about toys and how to be a carefree kitten. Dangly things are interesting, and sometimes I'll give them a little whack. I am comfortable with other cats and a friend at home might be nice too.
