Itsy is a spunky, highly intelligent, and extremely playful boy! He loves to be held and play with his stuffies. Itsy is nervous around strangers but once he warms up, he loves to give kisses and cuddles! Itsy had a rough start, he came from the streets of North Carolina and wound up at a high volume kill shelter where he was pulled and brought to our shelter.
