About Poppy the Sixth

Poppy The Sixth is a petite, sweet tabby who never lets anything hold her back. She had her leg amputated as a kitten after an injury, but you’d never know it—she leaps up cat trees, dashes across the floor, and plays just as hard as any other cat. She adores people and leans right in for cuddles. Poppy has lived happily with other cats in foster, though in the busy shelter she gets stressed and sometimes isn’t as friendly with some feline roommates. She’d be a good fit as an only cat or possibly with a mellow resident cat, as long as you introduce slowly. Poppy isn’t a fan of dogs and should go to a home without them. Born February 12, Poppy is an Aquarius—quirky, independent, and full of personality. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
