About Lylebonded
Julia and Lyle (the twins) are a deeply bonded pair of medium-sized Hounds, each around 5 or 6 years old. They survived tough beginnings, rescued from neglect where they endured hunger and disease, but today they are healthy, vibrant, and always side by side. Both weigh close to 50 lbs now and have fully recovered from heartworm and other issues, thanks to diligent care. Outside, they do well in secure yards and never try to wander. Inside, they’re content to head to their crates, especially at night or during noisy weather. They’re surprisingly laid-back on walks, even around wildlife—rare for Hounds. Julia and Lyle get along with other dogs and have learned to befriend cats, thanks to a savvy feline at their foster home. They haven’t lived with children, so a home with adults or older kids suits their pace best. Having never known a true home of their own, these two have a lot of love left to give.
