-In Foster -  ​ ​DOB: 12/1/2023 Breed: Pyrenees Mix Personality: Rufus is a sweet, anxious boy who struggles in busy kennel environments. After moving him to a quieter space, he settled in, stopped destroying his kennel, and was finally able to relax and sleep. This tells us Rufus does best in calm, low-traffic environments. ​ Rufus needs a patient foster or adopter who will give him time to build trust. Once he feels safe, he is incredibly cuddly, goofy, and loving. He’s been through a lot, and stability and consistency will make all the difference for him. ​ If you can offer Rufus a quiet home or even some extra one-on-one time, you could change his world. ​ Rufus is currently in coster, please call the shelter to coordinate a meeting!
