Hi! My name is Simba! I am a 6 year old golden doodle. I came to Tyler‘s Rescue as an owner surrender when my family‘s lifestyle changed and they could no longer provide the proper care for me. I get along with other dogs, cats, and kids. I am a little reactive when walking on leash, but that’s only due to the fact that I didn’t get enough exposure to meeting people and other dogs on leash, so I don’t really know what to do when I’m on a leash, but my foster mom has been working with me and I’ve been improving a lot with that. I love making new friends and when I’m home I love being by my humans side and offering the most love and affection that I can. I am definitely more of a homebody, but as long as I’m with my human, I’m down to explore wherever they want to go. I would love to find a family to spend my days with, a big backyard for me to run around in, and maybe even another canine pal for me to play with.
