Vlad was an injured stray for over six months before WAAL could catch and rescue him. He’s recuperating from FHO surgery on one hip and doing well. Due to his history, he’s a little slow to warm up to new people, but when he does, he's the sweetest boy. He gets along with dogs of all sizes, doesn't care at all about cats and is so gentle with children. He is quiet in the house but takes the job of protecting his yard very seriously. He will bark as people pass by (He’s a Great Pyrenees, typical for the breed). His ideal home would have at least one dog friend and a well secured yard.
