Hi there! My name is Kovu! I am a 3 year old Pyreenes/Shepard mix and I'm at the Santa Maria Campus. I am sweet caring boy who loves pets! I love running around the yard getting all my zoomies out! I would love to be in a house that takes me out for hikes and goes out to do things! I'm a big, loving dog with an even bigger heart. I'm friendly with people and other dogs, and I've lived with children before and did great. I'm good with other dogs and I'm okay around cats too. I've mostly lived outdoors, so I'm ready to learn what it's like to be part of a home and soak up all the love and attention I can get. Adoptions are open 12pm-4:30pm every day, except Wednesdays, and no appointment is needed. Like all SBH animals, when I am adopted I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Adoptions also include a certificate for a complimentary post-adoption veterinary exam from a local clinic and our partners at Hills Science Diet will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home.
