Blackie is absolutely gorgeous! He has long thick black hair and a silver undercoat. His mane is silver. He has magnificent large green eyes that "talk" to you. As unbelievable as it is, Blackie was abandoned. We are not sure how long he survived without food. He was starving when he found his way to a feeding colony and we noticed that he was not feral and could be adopted. Once vetted, he was added to our adoptable section. He needs to be in a home without other animals. And we haven't had him in a home with children. So, no children might be best. He is a large cat and adores his food, especially can food. He would make someone a very good companion. He loves the outdoors, so a screen lanai would give him that "outdoor" feeling. We were determined to always have a soft, warm bed for him and furry toys to play with and of course, a food dish filled with his favorites. Hopefully, he will be spoiled forever, will you be the one to continue to "spoil" our Blackie?
