Latte was surrendered by his family who were unfortunately deported :( He came in with his 2 other siblings, Fluffy and Snowflake. They were bullying him so he was a scared little guy until they were adopted and now he’s T-H-R-I-V-I-N-G!!!! Latte will definitely need another small, gentle doggie friend in the home to help him feel secure, relaxed, and confident.
