Chip is a teeny little dog with a huge heart! At just 1 year old, this adorable Chihuahua mix believes snuggling should be an Olympic sport - and he'd absolutely take home the gold Chip loves playing with his foster doggy friends and really blossoms with canine companionship. Because of that, he would do best in a home with another dog to help build his confidence and keep him company. When Chip first arrived to the rescue, he was very underweight at just 5 pounds.
