Meet Tia! 🌸🐶 Tia is an 18-month-old Shih Tzu mix weighing about 18 pounds of sweetness and charm. She may be small in size, but once she comes out of her shell, she has a BIG personality packed into that little body! Tia can be a bit shy when first meeting new people, but give her a little time and reassurance, and she blossoms into a happy, affectionate girl who loves attention. She truly enjoys being around people and thrives once she feels safe and comfortable. She is wonderful with dogs and cats, making her an easy addition to many different homes. Tia is great in her kennel, is doing very well with potty training, and walks nicely on a leash. She has an easygoing, gentle nature that makes her such a joy to have around. Tia was originally found as an unclaimed stray alongside her sister, Tamara. Despite whatever their past may have held, these girls are happy, resilient, and full of love. They don’t let their beginnings define them — they’re simply ready for their forever homes. If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle companion with just the right touch of spunk, Tia may be the perfect fit for your family. Tia will come with a collar, leash, toy, two food bowls, some food, and a copy of all her medical and microchip information. Her adoption fee of $500 is tax-deductible and includes her spay, vaccines, heartworm testing and treatment, and microchip.
