About Lexi & Brody

Lexi and Brody are a bonded Husky mother-and-son pair, and their loyalty to each other runs deep. Lexi, age seven, still watches over five-and-a-half-year-old Brody like only a mom can. They’ve weathered homelessness and uncertainty together, most recently being found wandering the streets after their previous adopters gave up on them—again. The two stick close to each other, finding reassurance and comfort in their partnership, always moving in sync and resting side by side. Both Lexi and Brody are gentle souls craving the stability and kindness they haven’t known for long. Although life hasn’t always been fair to them, they remain sweet and resilient, hoping for a home where commitment will finally mean forever. They don’t expect perfection—just someone who’ll offer patience, care, and empathy, someone who understands what it means to keep a promise. We’re hoping to place them together, since separating them isn’t an option for either one’s well-being. They get along well with dogs and children but don’t do well with cats.
