Butler is a 6-month-old black pittie puppy who is currently experiencing his very first tour of Planet Earth. It’s all very overwhelming. Vacuum? Suspicious. Doorbell? Absolutely not. That leaf that moved slightly in the breeze? Clearly plotting something. He’s a little nervous right now, but can you blame him? He’s only been here for six months and there are SO many sounds. And textures. And humans with hands that want to pet him (which he secretly loves, once he’s done pretending to be shy). Underneath the “what is happening???” face is a sweet, squishy baby who just needs a minute to process the chaos of existence. Give him a little patience and he’ll reward you with soft eyes, wiggly tail taps, and the kind of loyal love only a pittie pup can give. He’s not scared — he’s just new. And honestly? For his first time on Earth, he’s doing amazing.
