Meet Grayson! Grayson is a 2 year old mix, possibly Australian Shepherd or border collie. He is currently in his adoptive home, but unfortunately it is not working out so we are looking for a new place for him to go. We do not have any open foster homes, so we are trying to place him directly into an adoptive home. The good: Grayson is a smart, happy, friendly, playful, affectionate, active boy. He likes other dogs and is OK with confident cats. He likes children. The bad: He can be a bit too playful for older dogs, shy cats or small children. Since he's most likely, some type of herding breed mixed with something else, he does have a lot of energy, and he does need to be kept busy. If not, he might make his own type of fun, and typical of those breeds he can be a little bit noisy when he's bored. ;) He also likes to drink... a lot... which means he has to pee... a LOT. Unfortunately he's not good at holding it. He's been seen by 2 vets, and neither have found anything wrong. We think he might be better with a dog door and a fenced in yard, or to have a home that spends a lot of time outside. Of course he needs to be inside at night, and we were told that he can usually hold it overnight in a crate if he is let out last thing at night and first thing in the morning.
