Kai walks okay on leash, gets abit energetic outside. We put him in the yard with the bigger puppies and he was everywhere but where we were. He played in the kiddie pool, herded the puppies from one end of the yard to the next, peed on a dog in the adjacent yard, BUT the dog was being obnoxious barking and leaping on the fence. Kai played for an hour before deciding he was bored with the pups and found a tiny hole in the fence. He squeezed through and made a new friend! If you have a fenced yard, make SURE it's secure on the bottom. If his head can fit through, the rest is going too! Kai is sweet, but very energetic. He was fun to take outside. Kenneled with no issues. Beautiful dog.... Kai met a gentle and dainty female. Coming out of his kennel he became barrier active towards the dogs in the kennels. He was very cooperative with putting the muzzle on him, once he entered the yard, he ran towards her (fixated/hormone driven) jumping on her. Technicians gave him multiple corrections, and he did not listen to them, only holding his leash is where he would not run towards her. They tried again and he attempted to mount her, multiple times. The female began to give him corrections; he still did not listen. After a while they took off his muzzle and he remained doing the same behavior, he did ignore her for a bit. Would walk around the yard sniffing, marking his territory almost everywhere. Kai is very pre driven and would not recommend in a home with dogs nor small kids.
