Gerbil Male Shepherd/Heeler Mix DOB: 12/27/25 Adoption Fee: $250 Gerbil and his siblings were found on the side of a busy road with no mother in site. The people who found them knew they didn't have a way to keep them but also knew they couldn't just leave them there to get hit. Now they are here at the shelter, safe and getting plenty of food to eat. They are well on their way to living a wonderful life, Gerbil just needs you to submit your application so you can give him a new home. All of our adoptable animals are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, dewormed, UTD on age appropriate vaccines & started on Flea Preventatives. Cats are tested for FIV/FELK. Dogs over 6 months are tested for heartworms and started on HW prevention. Our adoptions include a 30 Day Free Trial period with Trupanion Pet Insurance WE ARE OPEN for visitors from 12PM - 4PM Tuesday-Saturdays or by APPOINTMENT at other times. We suggest calling prior to visiting our adoption center to ensure the animal you wish to meet is here at our Center (some are in foster care) and still available. If you want to meet an animal that is being fostered an approved application & appointment is required. We will call or email you the status of your application once it is processed. Nothing will be processed on Sundays or Mondays. All our pets are posted online and we continue to take applications until they are actually adopted.
