Dog's Name: Joyful (JOYF0226ALAFD) Estimated Breed: Miniature Pinscher mix Approximate Age: 2 years Approximate Weight: 35 lbs Currently Living at: Boarding Adoption Fee: $400 DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Introducing Joyful — the mama who raised her babies right and is now officially accepting applications to be your baby. This adorable Miniature Pinscher mix was the devoted, loving mom to the “J Litter” — Jordan, Jamie, and Joyce — and she handled motherhood like a total pro. Now that her little ones are ready to take on the world, it's finally Joyful's turn to be spoiled. Joyful is a young lady with a calm, gentle personality and a deeply affectionate nature. She also gets along great with other dogs, so whether you have a furry friend at home or she's your one-and-only princess, she'll fit right in. After being such an amazing mom, Joyful deserves a forever home where she'll be showered with love, cozy beds, belly rubs, and maybe a few extra treats (purely for “emotional recovery” from motherhood, of course). If you're ready to give this wonderful mama the happily-ever-after she's earned, Joyful is ready to fill your home — and your heart — with exactly what her name promises. Apply today, she can't wait to meet you! Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family. Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.
