Bubbly is a beautiful 6-year-old female. She was originally transferred to us from another shelter back in 2024 to be given the opportunity to see a new audience and hopefully find her new forever family. Frisky had been looking for her new forever home at that shelter since August of 2022. That's a year and a half of her life that she had spent in a shelter, and we thought she was officially done with shelter life when she was adopted in April of 2024, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case and this sweet girl is back again to no fault of her own...
