Franklin is a curious cat with a calm confidence. He is a quiet observer, making him almost like a little supervisor, but he also has playful bursts and is always down to play. He’s independent when he wants to be but is also incredibly talkative and loves attention and companionship from the people he trusts. Franklin has tested positive for FIV but can still live a long, healthy and happy life and live safely with other cats who are spayed or neutered. He can also live safely with other household pets.
