Spike
AvailableSpike is a young, small male Domestic Short Hair with a black and white tuxedo coat and a lively temperament, currently in New York, NY. He is neutered, vaccinated, and house trained, making him a low-maintenance addition to your home. Spike does have special needs due to an eyelid development issue that requires daily eye drops, and he has had one eye removed, but he remains healthy and full of life at nine months old.
About Spike
Spike is the dude. He’s an energetic and affectionate young cat who starts every morning with a playful frenzy, darting around with his brother Junior and causing all kinds of cheerful mayhem. Toys get tossed, games of chase go wild, and he’s always up for a wrestling match before seeking out his people for snuggles and attention. Spike is equal parts entertainer and love bug—comedy seems to come natural to him, and he’ll make you laugh as often as he makes you smile. He’s perfect for families, couples, or anyone who wants a playful companion (and, ideally, two—since he absolutely must be adopted with his best buddy Junior). Spike does have a special need: his eyelids didn’t develop correctly, requiring twice-daily eye drops, and he’s had one eye removed, but he doesn’t let that hold him back even for a moment. Otherwise, he’s a healthy, friendly, and lively tuxedo boy looking for a place where he and Junior can bring their antics and affection. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
