Introducing this handsome guy we have named Canyon! He was brought to the shelter on 2/22 because he was on a journey to find his way home and got lost. Sadly, no one has come to reclaim him. So he is on a quick search for a forever home that will keep him safe and sound so he doesn't have to experience a loud, overcrowded shelter ever again. Canyon is only a year old and weighs a mere 48lbs. The volunteers describe him as a a great dog who is super sweet and very cute. He loves his walking adventures when he leaves his kennel and he walks really well on a leash. He is a smart young man and can understand simple commands such as sit when asked especially for treats.
