Handsome Sonny joined the rescue from a property with golden retrievers where the breeding got out of hand. Sonny is 10 months old. His mom is a beautiful red golden retriever and his dad is an English cream. Sonny is underweight for his age as the property owner was not feeding the dogs enough, so Sonny is loving his time in foster care with lots of snacks and snuggles. He is very friendly with other dogs, and absolutely loves people. He's shy at first, but warms up quickly and is very sweet. Sonny is new to foster care, so we are still learning about him, but we will update his profile as we learn more.
