About Boris

Boris landed at the Franklin Township Animal Shelter with another dog, but it turns out he prefers living solo. He's a high-energy Pit Bull Terrier with a golden coat, happiest as the only pet at home. Boris thrives around people and lights up on walks with volunteers. Once he knows you, his playful nature comes out, but he's initially reserved. At about 2 years old, he's strong and enthusiastic—best suited for families with older kids since he could easily knock over the little ones. Boris doesn’t get along with other dogs or cats, so he’s looking for a household where he can have all the attention to himself. He's still working on house training, but his love for companionship is clear. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
