After many months, this sweet, lovable soul is STILL waiting! Toga is a playful, smart, affectionate boy who has spent most of his life in a foster home, mastering his training and socialization. Toga has been a star at adoption events and photoshoots, in public spaces, and on adventures. He is dog friendly, loves kids, and has been a star student with training!
