This handsome boy is the perfect mix of loving and independent. He adores being around people and will happily curl up nearby, purring his little heart out. Social and sweet, he loves wrestling with his siblings, chasing toys, and turning playtime into an adventure. Whether he’s in the middle of a playful tumble or soaking up attention, he’s always ready to share his sweet nature and affectionate charm. Fathom and his siblings were born with a mild case of Cerebellar Hypoplasia. This is a neurologic condition where a part of their brain doesn't develop properly, specifically the cerebellum, which controls fine motor skills. It means they may wobble, they may tremble and they may sometimes lose their balance. This does not slow them down however! They are extremely playful and loving. They run and race around, pounce on each other, chase toys, and even jump up onto perches. This condition does not progress, in fact some kittens learn to compensate and you may see an improvement in their coordination. Fathom needs to be adopted with one of his siblings (Tide Pool, Tsunami, Ripple, or Riptide) or into a home with a resident kitty to be his friend.
