Delilah is our beautiful silver/grey female pit mix puppy a little over four months old. She’s quite shy, at first, having come from a backyard breeding situation, but she’s well on her way to coming out of her shell. She weighs in at about 25 pounds. She has all the puppy energy that you would expect, loves to play, chew on sticks and bones, and recently discovered tug-of-war. She's integrated well with the other puppies in the foster and does well with larger dogs. When she crashes, she turns into a weighted blanket curling up next to you. Delilah will most likely be a medium size dog around 40 to 45 pounds and will be a great protector and a loyal companion. Her behavior show us that she is highly trainable so if you're looking for a dog that could run with you, possibly agility train- she is a wonderful partner to build that kind of relationship.
