About Foghorn
Foghorn A182434 55 lb. spayed female, approx 1 year old -Young, beautiful and ready to play! -This stunning gal loves toys and has puppy antics when it's playtime! She's wiggly and paws at you quite often to get you to interact and play more! Tug and fetch are winners in her book! -She enjoys pets and affection but it quickly turns into "oooh...more playtime?" 😂 She's young and full of life! -She loves sniff walks and time exploring out in the yard -She is treat motivated, sits, waits patiently, and takes them very gently -She's decent on leash, put in puppy like fashion, she wants to go in all directions. Bonus is that she only pulls moderately and will respond to correction nicely. -She's a young gal who needs and active family to play with.....and one that will guide her to be the best she can be! -Seems non reactive to dogs nearby and may do well living with a fur sibling after slow and proper intros Unknown behavior with dogs/cats/kids *Meet all of our adoptable pets on our website friendsofdacc.org/adopt *Please keep in mind that the shelter can be a very stressful environment. *Studies show that a minimum of 3 days decompression drastically lower stress hormones and allow the dog to show more personality after they have settled in. *There is a suggested donation of $100 for our dogs, payable by cash, check or through paypal at the time of the adoption. *To meet them please go to front door and a DACC staff member will assist you with adoption or fostering. **And when coming to meet one of our dogs, please bring all the humans with you, but leave any current dogs at home. Staff will go over how to slowly and properly introduce them after a decompression period.** *The shelter is open 7 days a week from 10:30-5:30 **1431 E Ferry St. Detroit
