She was found as a stray and never reclaimed, and the shelter environment has been a little overwhelming for this sweet girl. Right now, Rose Bud is very scared and will need patience, understanding, and plenty of time to feel safe and confident in her new home. With gentle guidance and a calm environment, we believe Rose Bud will blossom into a loyal and loving companion. She's looking for a family willing to move at her pace and show her that the world can be a kind place. We don't yet know how she does with other animals or children, and we're unsure if she is house or crate trained. What we do know is that she deserves a chance with someone who will give her the stability and reassurance she needs. Rose Bud is heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations, and weighs 71 pounds.
