True to her tortie nature, she carries a bit of classic “tortitude,” balanced with excellent manners and a strong sense of routine. Vivi likes to keep her people close by and enjoys being part of the daily rhythm of the home. She isn’t a cuddler and prefers not to be picked up, but once she feels settled, she happily sleeps nearby at night, choosing companionship on her own terms. She has a playful side and loves entertaining herself with toys — especially bottle caps — and spends plenty of time watching the world go by from her favorite window perch. Mornings are important to Vivi, and she will very enthusiastically remind you when it’s time for breakfast with her signature vocal commentary. Miss Vinegar would do best as the only pet, as she does not enjoy sharing her space with other cats or dogs. A calm home where her boundaries are respected will help her feel secure and confident.
