He is potty trained and cats unknown. Gargoyle is a four-year-old, 115-pound Cane Corso with a powerful, statuesque look that earned him his name. He came from Chicago Animal Care and Control malnourished and neglected, but he has made an incredible transformation. Today, he's healthy, strong, and thriving. Despite his imposing appearance, Gargoyle is a loyal, loving, and affectionate gentle giant. He's great in the car, wonderful with kids, and sociable with other dogs (preferably similar size and play style). He enjoys being with his people and forms strong, devoted bonds. He is kennel trained and well-mannered in the home. Gargoyle is currently working on improving his leash skills and continues to make progress. Due to his size and strength, adopters comfortable with large breeds are encouraged to apply. He's the perfect blend of protector and cuddle buddy, ready for his forever home.
