Poseidon is a 5 month old Chihuahua mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He’s a very social, affectionate boy who truly loves his people. He does great with kids, cats, and other dogs, and enjoys lounging around with his foster family. He’s what many would call a true Velcro pup, he wants to be right by your side at all times. That said, Poseidon does have separation anxiety, and we want to be very upfront about that. He will need a home with someone who works from home, is retired, or is able to take him along most places. Personal space isn’t really his thing yet, and being left alone for long periods is not a good fit for him at this time. The good news is Poseidon is smart and eager to learn. He catches on quickly to routines and training. With consistency, patience, and reassurance, he will continue to thrive. Poseidon is looking for a committed adopter who understands his needs and is ready to give him the stability, time, and companionship he craves. In return, you’ll get a loyal little shadow who will love you endlessly. All of our animals are currently located in Texas, but we offer transportation to approved states, including Colorado, New York, Alaska, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and more.
