About Jupiter

Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Jupiter is a friendly, confident 3-year-old boy who has blossomed beautifully in his foster home. His natural sense for feline social dynamics lets him seamlessly get along with both people and other cats, intuitively knowing which feline friends are ready to play and which ones seek quiet time. He’s especially fond of playtime with his buddy Maize and would likely thrive in a home with another friendly cat companion. This affectionate fellow adores belly rubs and will happily curl up beside you for snuggles. Jupiter is also wonderfully curious—the kind of cat who wants to explore every nook and cranny, even gently sniffing your breath to keep tabs on his favorite humans! Delightfully vocal, he communicates with a sweet, high-pitched meow, adorable chirps, and a robust, contented purr. While Jupiter may not always amuse himself with toys, he absolutely loves interactive play, especially anything involving a wand toy or a chance to bunny-kick and shake his catnip toys. With his loving, playful, and social personality, Jupiter could be your perfect feline companion. All of Beltsville Community Cats’ felines wait in the homes of volunteers until adoption. You must be at least 21 years old to adopt. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
