This poor little boy was found by the freeway. Thank goodness someone saw him and brought him to ARL. He has several bite wounds and was so scared. His rescuer tried to find his owner but there was no response. Right now he still is scared but at least he is safe. He may weigh 5 lbs. ARL considers him to be a long haired Chihuahua. Will update with more information on his progress, right now he just needs a lot of TLC. He is about 3 1/2 years old.
