Buddy is very well behaved and doesn’t bark much. His favorite game is fetch, and he loves being petted most of all. Buddy gets along well with little dogs, though he can growl at bigger dogs. He has a playful side—he loves to jump and play like a puppy with his foster's husband, but gentle, sits when asked, and enjoys calm games of fetch with his wife. He walks closely by your side on a leash and is kennel trained, though it is not his favorite. He prefers to be lose in his foster's home. Buddy is house trained. Buddy also has a bit of a chase instinct and enjoys running after bunnies, so a secured yard or leash is important. Overall, he’s a sweet, affectionate dog who will make a wonderful, loving companion. Buddy is 1 year old, weighs 40 lbs, is neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped. Buddy tested positive for a tick disease and has since been treated. He is being fostered in ALAMO, TX. His adoption fee will cover his transport cost.
