He's a real charmer and will keep you on your toes with his playful antics. He spent his whole life in a chain until someone became his voice and asked if they would surrender him. They agreed and our Rescue took him in. He's been neutered. Potty & Crate trained, does well with other dogs & loves humans. Shy at first but warms up quick.
