I was born in a Texas shelter, and when I was just one week old, my mama and I were placed on the euthanasia list. Thankfully, the rescue stepped in and saved us. Spay/neuter is required by the puppy’s first birthday. Out-of-state surgery costs are not included in the low adoption fee.
