Using the link or copying and pasting it is the fastest way to reach us: Application: https://form.jotform.com/222705071398154 ⸻ Adoption Fee & Pickup Locations: Total adoption fee: $__250___ The adoption fee includes transport to the following locations: Missouri: * Herculaneum (south of St Louis) - Friday evening Illinois: • Collinsville (north of St. Louis) - Friday evening • Springfield - Friday evening • Bloomington / Normal - Friday evening • Oglesby - Saturday morning • Roscoe - Saturday morning Wisconsin: • Sun Prairie - Saturday late morning • Fond du Lac - Saturday early afternoon Additional notes: • Green Bay area adopters meet in Fond du Lac • Joliet & Davenport area adopters meet in Oglesby or Roscoe • Milwaukee area adopters: we do not have a Milwaukee stop, but we do stop in Sun Prairie, Fond du Lac, and Roscoe (near Rockford) Medical & Spay/Neuter Information: Most puppies travel with two rounds of vaccines, and sometimes three. Occasionally, we may not have had a puppy long enough for a second round. Puppies under 6–8 months of age are not spayed or neutered. Spaying or neutering is a required condition of adoption and must be completed by the puppy’s first birthday, at the adopter’s expense. Out-of-state surgery costs are not included in the adoption fee. ⸻ About Our Rescue Atlanta Texas Area Spay Neuter Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Adoption proceeds go directly toward: • Spaying and neutering dogs for low-income families in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana • Medical care for rescued puppies and dogs • Emergency veterinary assistance for families in need when possible All dogs remain in Texas foster homes until adopted. ⸻ Breed Disclaimer: Breed is our best estimate based on the puppy’s appearance and, when known, the mother’s appearance.
