About Peanut
Peanut and his buddy Stinker come as a pair, and they truly thrive when they're together. Peanut is on the shy side, but if you give him some time, he’ll show his affectionate side—especially if you’re willing to deliver head and chin scratches. He’ll nudge you gently, letting you know he’s ready for more attention. He’s easy to spot, with striking blue eyes and a pink nose that stand out. Seeing Peanut melt with happiness when Stinker grooms him is a little highlight of their companionship. They’re never far apart, often curled up in a snug, loving bundle. Peanut does have diabetes, so he’s on a special diet and gets insulin twice daily. You don’t have to worry about vet bills; Peanut is covered under Abandoned Pet Rescue’s Medical Adoption Program, meaning his ongoing veterinary costs there will be taken care of. This bonded duo is looking for a patient, caring adopter who can keep them together and give Peanut’s medical needs the attention they deserve. If you want twice the affection and enjoy a cozy cat pile, Peanut and Stinker would love to meet you. Peanut is already vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. They are waiting for the right home in Fort Lauderdale. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
